1. Scope of Services
EcomTrades provides ecommerce consultancy, marketplace account management, category and brand ungating assistance, Florida-based 3PL warehousing services, and custom website/app software development. Detailed scopes, deliverables, and fees are defined individually in client service proposals.
2. Independent Service Provider Disclaimers
EcomTrades is an independent commercial service provider. Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and Temu are registered trademarks of their respective owners. EcomTrades is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, or sponsored by these companies unless expressly indicated. Marketplace names and logos are used solely for identification purposes.
3. Client Responsibilities & Genuine Documentation
Clients agree to provide accurate, genuine product information, verifiable manufacturer invoices, and legitimate business documentation. EcomTrades strictly requires authentic documentation for all marketplace applications and ungating support. We do not create false documents or assist with counterfeit products.
4. No Guarantee of Sales or Approvals
Marketplace platforms retain sole discretion over seller registrations, category gating, listing approvals, and algorithm rankings. EcomTrades focuses on accurate preparation, best practices, and professional operations, but does not guarantee specific sales volumes, profits, or third-party approval outcomes.
5. Florida 3PL Warehouse & Fulfillment
Warehouse services (storage, pick & pack, Amazon FBA prep, returns processing) are conducted from our Florida, USA facility in accordance with mutually agreed handling rates and shipping carrier schedules. Inventory must comply with US federal and state safety and commerce standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcomTrades shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from marketplace platform policy changes, account suspension decisions by marketplaces, carrier delays, or market fluctuations.
